I emailed and sent the form submission to support at least a half hour ago, I'm sure that we will all find out what the problem is shortly. I would not panic, please double check access to you sites admin area and directly to yoursite.wordpress.com or your domain, you should be fine.

hopefully someone will make this post stick so i don't have to keep typing replies.

The 'site suspended' message the OP is talking about shows up after you attempt to log in: (here's a screenshot). In this situation you you can't log in or access the dashboard at all. You have to fill in the support form while logged out, or under a new username.
