This theme has a featured post slider and that's what you see on the demo site ie. on the demo site but I do not see it on your blog.

Featured Slider
Sight displays up to 30 of your latest sticky posts that have featured images in a prominent slider on the front page. To add a post to the slider, mark it as sticky http://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/post-visibility/#sticky-posts and give it a featured image.

I think you are referring to the featured post slider and it's not a slideshow. Slideshows are embedded into post and pages.

Can somebody explain to me how i can get this?? I tried the explanation on the support page but can't get this type of slide show. I just can find how to add a slide show. But i want the same as on the demo with tekst on the side and when you click on it you get to the page.

Yesterday I could see the slider (constituted by featured post (labeled with the tag "copertina" ) both as a logged-in user and a non-wordpress reader.

today (I didn't change any setting) it is happening something weird: if I am logged in, I see the slider of the posts (setted with featured image and feature content tag and with the HomePage related to a specific page as suggested in the template tutorial), however if I am not logged in, simply I do not see the slides anymore. There is an empty space.

I hope it will be possible to sort out this problem, however I will have to choose another template...I like so much "Hero" ;)

The "Callout boxes" are the three little boxes under the header image, that are linked to different page. The box usually consists of Title name, a image, brief description and "Click here" button.

Just a couple of questions:
(1) How do I create 3 or 4 callout boxes on the front page of a theme? Does the theme have to have allowances for this feature, such as the hero theme?
(2) If I can only create a call out box in themes such as Hero, I am struggling to make sense of this, especially with regards to input of a thumbnail photo.
(3) Can I create a slide show (preferably with thumbnails) in the front page header region?
