He probado con un el plugin wpsmf (o algo así), pero no me ha funcionado.

La cosa es que ya tengo usuarios en ambas partes, tanto wordpress como SMF, si los consigo mapear no habria ningún problema con los usuarios ya registrados no? O solo funcionaría a partir del siguiente registro? no sé si me explico..

Por favor una ayudita, necesito que los usuarios estén compartidos entre web y foro.

You could try to do an XML import, provided that website has an RSS feed for each thread. Otherwise, I think you'll have to do copy/paste.

Does it have an Export function? Because if it does, you can presumably just Export from there and Import into here. I have no idea what format the threads will come up in, though, because you are really converting apples to oranges here.

It will NOT work as a forum once you've imported it here. As long as your readers know that, and that they won't be able to post to it, then fine.
