Alternative solution: replace your three Links widgets with three Custom Menu widgets.
You'll need to go to Appearance > Menus and create three menus, add the appropriate custom links to each one of them, drag the links to change their order if necessary, save each menu; then go to Appearance > Widgets, remove the Links widgets, add the Custom Menu widgets, give each one a title and select the right menu from its pulldown, save.

I also checked "Show Link Name" and left the box blank next to "Number of links to show", which shows all links.

They seem to be ordered by when they were created, oldest first.
