Ive just made a square tiles gallery in one of my blogs pages but I want to make some fixes. When I click on picture from the gallery, I see this: http://i.imgur.com/ynnGr2S.png I want to show me the original file url when I click on picture from the gallery, like this: http://i.imgur.com/6csiHPM.png Here is how the gallery looks like: http://img837.imageshack.us/img837/3779/e6df11759d234e67a47e936.png How can I do that? The gallery code is very short so I don`t know what to change. Thanks! :]]

We Volunteers answering support forum questions don't have access to premium themes. Read-access to the premium themes forum is now open to all users so you can search to see if your question has been previously asked and answered there. If you are not successful when searching there is a link for the specific Premium Theme support forum for your theme under Appearance -> Themes in your blog’s Dashboard, but do note that the premium theme must be active and you must be signed in as the user who purchased it in order to see it and post to it.

Is there a way to increase the number of columns in the square setting? I would like 4 to 5 columns across, with square feature images.

I have an 'events' page and wish to include a SQUARE thumbnail image to the left of each entry. Is this possible? I only seem to be able to get shrunken rectangles which hold their original landscape or portrait orientation.

It seems to be OK with gallery in standart format. But this format gives me a sidebar on single post page (i prefer not to have) and a "broken" post title by long ones.

By single image format people can see the gallery, only if they click on the Info tab. Featured single image or nothing on the image tab. And direct links always goes to image tab.

I've tried gallery post format and rectangular type.

Now i've a featured image only at homepage, direct link to gallery page, and a info tab for likes, shares & metadata. Any change with shortcodes affects only the gallery at the info tab.

OK-one more thing to add to the mix. Post Formats!

Try using Mixfolio's Standard Post Format only. Switching to the Gallery or Image Post Format completely broke the Gallery up on the Info tab in my test blog.

I've got Mixfolio active right now on my test blog and am not having any trouble with it. (Themes get swapped out very frequently on that site.)

Can you give a direct link to a post where you've used the Gallery's "square" type option, starting with http:// to make it clickable...

Done, still the same result. It fits always a 845w-630h pixel space.

Mixfolio's widest main content column width is 637 and the theme is a responsive width theme.

When you use the new Gallery "type" parameter, try using the simplest form of the gallery shortcode instead:

[gallery type="square"]

It doesn't seem to take the "columns", "size" or "orderby" parameters.

Hi,

I'm having trouble with gallery display size. Wenn i add 12 photos to create a gallery, it gives me a tidy look like this: http://fotomaticom.files.wordpress.com/2012/10/12photos.jpg

I've tried with 8 photos but it changes thumbnail size of some photos and creates an empty space between them: http://fotomaticom.files.wordpress.com/2012/10/8photos.jpg

To make the problem more understandable, here is my gallery and media settings:

This will remove it in non-hover if that is what you are wanting.

I can't remove the grey square around the image.
I try with this css:

As @thesacredpath mentioned, the owner of the site (who purchased the theme) can access the premium support forums from their dashboard.

Since none of the volunteers here in the main forums have access to the premium themes, you need to post in the premium support forums which you can reach by going to appearance > themes in your dashboard and up where it shows the theme you are using, click on the premium support link. There you will have access not only to the theme team, but also to the theme designer. That is actually part of what you are paying for.

Recently, the premium theme "Headlines" was purchased for my website, http://cpacentral.wordpress.com and was switched from the Digg 3 theme. Unfortunately, as you can most likely see, the theme is completely not displaying properly. Where there should be the posts and sidebar, there is instead a large grey block. This is what the site should look like: http://headlinesdemo.wordpress.com . I am no custom design expert, but one of the people that is a part of my site is, and spent hours attempting to fix this issue, to no avail. I have a custom CSS upgrade to the site, but the CSS is currently set to it's default. I am not sure what to do or how to fix this problem. Can anyone help me out?

Also, I'm aware that this is not the Premium Themes section of the forum, but I was not the one that purchased the premium theme for my site, and therefore I cannot get into the forum.

On the post: Nerd Bird Bread aka french bread:

scr= has this extra code "-e1298647507163" which is why the link works but the image does not appear on the post.
In the second missing image,
http://eddybettyshreddy.files.wordpress.com/2011/02/bread-making-directions-052.jpg is simply not a valid link.
Same with the others I checked. Are these files in your media library? Or have they somehow been deleted?

My last post is causing me grief with images. Sometimes they show up and then they leave again replaced with a red square in the top left side of a black frame box. whats going on?

There's still a problem with the comments on pages though. e.g. see my "About" page. It has 7 comments but I can't view them or leave a new comment.

There is also a problem with the "About" link at the top: It places an unwanted. apostrophe at the end of the link.

I have applied this theme to my blog, but whenever i try to post using the "preloaded poast categories" I get only the conventional WordPress post template. And whnever i click on the "status" button, I get only a page saying "cannot load depo square." What gives, please...amd thanks in advance!

Number one seems to be an error with the theme. If you check the blog's source there is an error in how the link to the complete archive is formatted. Hopefully they can fix this.
