They sent me a screenshot, so I too am able to see that they are all pointing to a different IP address. I need both the CNAME and the A Record to point to the following values:

A @ 65.39.205.57

The Squarespace support team suggested I direct you to the following site so that you can run a search on my domain and see the settings that are not registering:
