Now that I'm starting to get into it a bit, I'm discovering some of the limitations and issues that we WordPress.COM users have to live with or workaround in some way.

I'm guessing that some of you have already found some websites and blogs or other places where WordPress.com users can find good (and hopefully organized) WordPress.COM tips, tricks, how-to's, tutorials, videos, detailed discussions on issues, etc.
