Just no option to "Delete Payment Data".

The only Admins on these two blogs are myself (the username I am currently logged in as and commenting on this forum) and the client.

All I can think of is that I set the blogs up several years ago using a different WordPress.com username, swapped the Admin role to another of my usernames, and I have since forgotten the original username.

It seems odd that domain mapping upgrades for the two blogs are showing "Active, Manual renewal" yet they both automatically renewed and billed my credit card this year.

I appreciate your help and links but I'm really stuck with this now.

I think I must have set the blog up under different usernames, which I no longer remember (and are not displayed in users).

I have checked by logging in using two different WordPress.com usernames and can only see the following options in Store > My upgrades:

I have called Wild West Domains and they have assured me this has to be re-registered through WordPress.com. I received an email from WP saying my domain needs to be renewed; I click the button to go to my admin page and renew my domain, but it says that my username does not exist. If this helps: when I login to my website admin, it says my custom URL at the top, and above my information it just says "WordPress" (no ".com" or ".org").

I have read through the forums and my admin page does not, for whatever reason, have the "store" menu where I can upgrade my domain and have it automatically renew...I think I have given all the information that you'll need, hopefully someone can help.

He recently purchased a new server and I have redesigned an entirely new website for him. Only problem is that they both run under the same domain name "tacticalzen.com".

I have tried removing the sites from WordPress so they can be replaced by the new website pages but they don't seem to be working. The old pages just appear saying that the page cannot be found.

I have searched the support items for WordPress as well as many other websites, and they all seem to point to a "Delete Site" button, or "Store" menu which my friends WordPress does not contain.

Any help on this would be much appreciated!

If we each pitch in a few ideas - after a while big improvements are noted and everyone's job is easier

Back when I was a productive member of society I used to say that I never had many ideas worth more than $ 0.25 each - but I had a lot of them - and unlike many of my peers I would rundown small production problems and maintenance issues - get rid of the ones nobody cared about - set productions and safety records doing that - - wrote industrial software - major changes in some systems - usually did not have a team doing acceptance testing after me (the only Engineer / Programmer that did not have a test team behind me) - - ask my boss about the missing test team one time - his reply was that by the time I finished testing my stuff to my standards that I had done a more though testing than any team he had could do - so he was putting the teams behind the other Engineers - was a compliment I guess - one project I did 3 months of program changes on live systems - in the end I left one bug in things - they ran for a few months until the maintenance guys finally decided to chase the bug down - I was told took them less than two hours to find and fix it - some obscure combination that happened once a week - oh well
