I currently use the Spring Loaded theme on my blog, but I'm thinking of switching over to Adelle. But I'm worried about losing any formatting I've done for Spring Loaded. Also, if I switch over, what are the free features of that theme? How do I find them? I'm currently using WordPress.com and I don't want to spend any money until I decide to switch to WordPress.org and self-hosting.

Howdy! It's not possible to switch premium themes between blogs, however, since you're within the 30-day refund limit, you can initiate a refund for the the theme on the hurricanelil blog, and re-purchase the theme on the kentuckymoonherbals blog.

To initiate a refund for Gridspace, head to the Dashboard -> Store -> My Upgrades. You'll see a button to cancel your purchase.

If you have further questions, please post them over in the Premium Themes forums and one of our premium themes gurus would be happy to help you. :)

It's a browser issue. Lousy browsers (call that Explorer) may not take heed when an image is resized by the theme, especially if the image isn't hosted in your blog. You should upload all images to your blog instead of inserting images hosted elsewhere, and ideally you should downsize them in an image editing application before uploading them. The one you must definitely change is the logo you've added to your sidebar; sidebar width in Bouquet is 285 pixels.

The change went through fine and all of the pages look great. I just have a question regarding the photos.

For the first time I worked on my blog from a PC and I noticed that the photos on some of the pages were extremely oversized. When I came home to resize them on my MAC, the photos were fine. Does that mean those who view my blog on a PC see oversized photos? I'm not sure if this a 'theme' issue or 'computer' issue.

I have a wordpress blog which I have been perfectly happy with for almost 2 years - no issues, whatsoever. I've seen a couple of new themes that I want to possibly change to, however, when I preview them, I don't see a sidebar. I have a lot of info on my current sidebar. My question is: If I switch to the new theme, will I lose all of the info, photos, links, which I have on my current sidebar and have to start from scratch? Or, will all of my current sidebar info automatically switch over? I would prefer to just stay with what I have if there is any possibility of me losing any info or having 'new issues' with the new theme. Thanks

I have a site set up and humming along... didn't know I couldn't do ads on a wordpress.com site, so I followed instructions and got a self hosted wordpress.org site. I'm trying to transfer over EVERYTHING into my new theme/site and when I follow the instructions Tools-export, Tools-import, etc. it tells me that my file is too large and it gives me an error. How in the heck do I tranfer over everthing smoothly into this theme I paid for (twice now!)!?! I'd love to be able to have all of my content, comments, past posts, etc - is this possible?! Holy cow... what a pain. I can't get a Guided Transfer because they are always "sold out" and I don't think I can with a "premium" theme. Anyone out there that can help me?! Thank you in advance!
