I see the light blue bar graph lines for normal views, but there are no syndicated view dark blue lines for ANY post for over 2 years. Why don't the syndicated view lines show up.

The best you can do is use a third-party service like Feedburner, that gives you access to certain stats such as the number of subscribers.

The current version of syndicated stats for wordpress.com

Before I became a WP.com member almost 31/2yrs ago I heard they did at one point have stats for the RSS feed but staff have since removed the RSS stats and at this point there is no word on adding it back...

Are you referring to the email subscription stats being aggregated into the per-time total stat graphs ?
