You can't. That's not an advertisement, it's a site/theme credit and it's required.

May I remove credit links such as ‘Blog at WordPress.com’, theme, font, or toolbar links?

The No-Ads upgrade does not and cannot eliminate advertising that's not on the blog. That advertising you are describing is from a browser add-on or from your computer. I believe the no ads upgrade would have gotten rid of the top bar and column ads from our page.

Know also that to date every blogger who has reported this on the support forums has had a browser-add-on or browser extension, game, toolbar or shopping app that was the cause of the unwanted adware.
