This is the visual result but as it's just an example it's not actually linked to a page:
Highlighted anchor text here

Enter the anchor text you want to link to first.
Then use your mouse to highlight that anchor text.
Next click the chain icon in the Visual editor and proceed to create the link.

You can also use a text widget and add the links but I like the Links Widget as it has a bullet at the start of each link and that separates the Posts a bit

When you are done, switch to the Text tab of the Post Editor and copy/paste that into a Text Widget.

Once you have what you want displaying in the Draft, you switch the the HTML (Text) editor and copy all the code, then you past it into the text widget and delete the Draft. :)
