			<description><![CDATA[<p>I have used a Links Widget for Posts that I want to highlight - you will need to also set up a Links Category and add the Posts to it you want to highlight - </p>
<p>You can also use a text widget and add the links but I like the Links Widget as it has a bullet at the start of each link and that separates the Posts a bit

			<description><![CDATA[<p>The easiest way to put HTML in a text widget when you don't know HTML is to write what you want as a draft, using the Page or Post Visual Editor. When you are done, switch to the Text tab of the Post Editor and copy/paste that into a Text Widget.</p>

Once you have what you want displaying in the Draft, you switch the the HTML (Text) editor and copy all the code, then you past it into the text widget and delete the Draft.  :)
