Re: stats, likes and shares
Our stats are not real time stats. The data is cached and takes hours to update. See here for more on stats > http://en.support.wordpress.com/stats/

Do be aware the likes and shares are not pages view stats. Likes and shares are misleading when you are talking about page view stats. Your followers and anyone with a WordPress.com blog who is logged into WordPress.com can "like" and "share" your posts in several locations such as in email and the Reader without ever clicking into your blog and creating a page view stat.

You can control the length of the entry sent out on your RSS feed here > Settings > Reading and choose the "summary" setting for your RSS feed or the "full text". If you set it to summary then visitors have to click into the blog to read the full post.

How long ago did you change to your new domain? Because it takes a number of weeks for the search engines to actually start indexing your new domain, so it won't show up in the search engine for a number of weeks. So any new post you make, won't start to show up for a while. In addition, having a new domain, means that the 'rank' of the domain starts back at zero, and it takes time for it to regain it's 'ranking'.

You can use the webmaster tools and submit a site map if you like, that could speed it up, but it's not really necessary (http://en.support.wordpress.com/webmaster-tools/) but your site will get back into the search engine, it just takes time.

I write my own articles and in the past before I got my domain they appear on search engines - even top page if there was "no traffic" at the time I published them. But since I got my domain, my articles RARELY appear on s-engines anymore. I don't want to pay for traffic, never did, and don't want to start now. Is there something I can do to change that? Some articles even vanished on search engine.

If you think you will make significant income from publishing what I see on your blog now then I'm here to say you won't.

The backbone of the blogosphere, and representing 60% of the respondents to this survey, Hobbyists say that they “blog for fun” and do not report any income.
Professional Part- and Full-Timers: These bloggers represent 18% They are independent bloggers who either use blogging as a way to supplement their income, or consider it their full-time job. Most of these professional bloggers don’t consider blogging their primary source of income. This group primarily blogs about personal musings and technology http://technorati.com/social-media/article/state-of-the-blogosphere-2011-introduction/

Bottom line: Don't quit your day job. If you don't have a username account at WordPress.org click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and receive advice from WordPress.org bloggers.

It can be downloaded from:
I think it should be included on WordPress.com, because I would like to see the total number of hits I get for each post created, and other stats this plugin offers.

I am new to WordPress.com and would like to be able to see the traffic on my site for each post I create, and the number of hits I get for each post created. If there's already one included on the site, can you please let me know??
