To register a username account here one provides an email address and that email address becomes the unique identifier for the username account. Only one Admin is recommended and blogs belong only to the person with the username account that registered the blog in question.

The owner change isn't about the mentioned blog, it's just the main blog, it's about the general change.

I thought it might be a browser problem, but it doesn't change if I use a different one. In all of them them the dashboard link leads me to a different page (my-blogs, same as you click on the W-sign in the left upper corner) where the change of the owner isn't possible.
