I've been trying to download an XML file in order to export the content of my site (all of it), but the system tells me that an error has occurred and that the download cannot be completed.

Despite adding that things will work out the next time, I've tried downloading the file several times but haven't been able to do so.

I submitted a request for help to WordPress Technical Support but haven't received any response.

I'd appreciate it if anyone has any ideas as to how to complete the download or has "special" access to WordPress technical support, to flag my request for help so that it is answered.

I'd also like to find out how do I do to export the images, which according to the literature found on WordPress, do not go along with the rest of the files and need to be transfered separately.

Thank you,

Luis.
