They are not able to troubleshoot the issue with me because I do not have the contact info used to setup the account with GoDaddy. I filled out the papper work to claim the domain, but WordPress made the information private for us and that makes it impossible for them to verify that the account actually belongs to me.
Could thee be an issue on WordPress.com's side? Is there anything you can do or suggest that could get my site back up. I am worried that this is affecting my business.
