After the activation of my hosting yesterday, I set up a draft web site at http://www.enerjiyiz.biz using the free version of wordpress theme "Turn Out Mag" by WordPress Theme Designer. The theme is yet not compatible with the Turkish characters although a friend has changed
- db charset to latin5 in the wp-config file
- the template encoding to iso-8859-9

What do you think might be the problem? What else can we try?

How can we change the section name and description of the forum? These are not included in WP.com translation project.

And also, we (WordPress Türkiye community) have prepared translation for bbPress forum system. Can you include the Turkish translation to tr.WordPress.com forums?
