She is trying to log in with her usual credentials and getting an error stating that her log-in is incorrect. She tried to recover her password with the email address she'd been using, got the wordpress email, but when she clicked the button to "Reset password" she got another error saying that no such site existed. I tried to do the full account recovery and when I entered the username it said no such account existed; entered the site name and it said no such site existed. It's strange, because I'm looking at the site right now and it's working fine. What's the deal? Was she hacked or something? (Mom asked me to help since she's not what you'd call "tech savvy")

It is hosted, apparently hosted at godaddy, which makes it a self-hosted wordpress installation and you need to do as the supportbot says and head over to wordpress.ORG for support. I was in the middle of uploading photos to my blog when it suddenly crapped out.

I can now no longer access my blog and I am unable to log into WordPress with my username and password. (I am using an old username to post in this forum.)

I have reset my browser, emptied the cache, tried another browser, turned my internet connection on/off, tried to log on from a different computer, etc.

I am sick to my stomach at the thought that my blog is lost indefinitely somewhere in cyberspace since WordPress no longer recognizes my username and password.

PLEASE HELP!
