Does anyone know why this is (I do supply the correct URL) or how to resolve the problem? Any help is appreciated.

The paragraph is highlighted in yellow. It may be that you are using special characters in that section. Try deleting the quotation marks " at the start and the beginning of that paragraph. It's already indented and thus marked as a quotation, so there's no need for extra quotation marks. Not sure that is the issue, but I couldn't see anything else that could be wrong. Worth a try.
