The problem is I can't find a voting system that works the way I need it to.

Here's what I need:

1) I need for the voting buttons to show up BELOW the comment section
2) I need to be able to turn voting off per post
3) I need only two buttons
4) I need for it to only allow one vote per IP address

Can anyone recommend any scripts or plugins that I can use that has this functionality?

One's I've tried that I don't think work the way I need them to:
1) Polldaddy rating system (This one is close, but I can't get it to show up BELOW the comment section)
2) Likebot plugin (This one I couldn't turn off per post)

Please help! ARG!

It takes a lot of hits per month to get into the VIP program and it costs several hundred dollars to set up and several hundred per month.

Probably the only way for you to do this would be to go self-hosted using the software downloaded from wordpress.ORG. I would do some pretty thorough research before beginning though and make sure that there are plugins or whatever out there that will do what you want to do before spending the money on hosting and registering a domain name.

It may also require you to "hack" the underlying theme and wordpress files, which are all written in PHP script so you will need experience with PHP script so that you do not inadvertently introduce security holes into your blog.

For example, the user would scroll through a list, say of TV shows, and vote Yes/No as to whether they like that show, then they could view the voting.

I am at a loss for where to start. I checked out Polls, but I don't want each poll to be inside a post - I want them all out in the open like they are on IcanHasCheeseburger.. (which appears to be on WordPress.)

Maybe it's beyond my basic (remedial) web skills, but if anyone can point me in the right direction, I would be highly appreciative!
