Note that http://serenephotographyblog.wordpress.com/ IS a WordPress.com blog, but wampserver isn't going to do you any good with that at all with it. The new blog you're seeing is a completely different blog which is a WordPress.org type of blog, and for support with that you'd need to be over there.

Plugins are only for WordPress.org. Apps are a different thing, tho http://en.support.wordpress.com/apps/

I have installed wampserver and everything has connected and working fine. When it connects to wordpress it seems to be a new account, the one that I have just set up i take it.
But my current blog is what I need to use with it, can that be used through wampserver?
