If you want to check out what's possible with the CSS upgrade, quite a bit of reading and researching, loads of trial and error and many cups of tea then please take a look.

Please let me know if anything looks completely broken. Especially if you're using Internet Explorer as that's the one browser I haven't tested in yet.

You can make the wordpress.com private which means other people outside construction company cannot get in unless they have a password.

Make sure you choose a wordpress.com template that allows you to have the automatic slideshow feature without going to slideshare, flickr, etc. knowiing construction engineering projects, they LOVE and need to upload photos for progress/inspection purposes.

Best of luck. I was a Document Control Manager for a very large construction engineering project with multiple work sites.
