Here you can do the domain management, and set the domain point to the blogger. Also you can transfer the registrar after 60days you bought the domain from wp.com

My personal opinion is that please reconsider the changing of the hosting service. I also had ideas previously to switch to blogger because they provide more features. But i am still with wordpress because overall i feel that it is the best for me.

However, we're not so keen on monetisation here at WordPress.com so, you might be more suited to a self-hosted, WordPress.org powered blog.
