for example: the audio should be play daily at 12:00 Pm and then 4:00 pm when some visits the site at the time that audio should be play.

You can move your WordPress.com blog to a web host that allows editing and uploading of completely custom themes. You can find suitable hosts here.

If you are not clear on the differences between WordPress.com and the other WordPress, I suggest reading this for clarity

Any other theme you find on the Internet meant for "WordPress" is referring to the standalone software.

The image is set to 114x114 and Im no my iPhone 4S so it should be fine. Its a PNG with a lot of blank space around and only an S in the center. I tried with the S in black and in white, I still just get a black icon image for some reason.

If so you are in trouble as there is no ftp access to WordPress.COM blogs. The little html code verification I have seen require the code to be placed in the root directory of the site, which is something you can't do here.

You could try the webmaster verification area and try pasting the html code in maybe the Google box and see what happens if the Google box is empty (you are not using it to verify your site with Google)

The new homepage design is the biggest fubar attempt I have ever seen of a major company redesigning a site. Your old page was clean, easy to use, helpful, and bright. This new one is an ugly depressing dingy gray*, which I could overlook if it were not for the incredibly poor usability of the new one. It is like some high-school kid did it in his basement and went wow.. look at my cool webpage. No UI designer would have put that mess together.

Who in the world would have allowed this company Automattic to do this to your site? If it is not fixed, I will be looking around for a new place to post my blog. I would go thru everything that is wrong with it, but I am at a loss for words on just how bad it is. Sad to see you actually paid someone to destroy what worked.
