I've requested a refund under the account with the incorrect account, but my fear is that WordPress is replying to the bad email address. PLEASE HELP!

The domain I paid for is artzlanguage.wordpress.com or artzlanguage.com. I was able to make one update to the correct domain a few months ago, but now have no access to it.
When I look for my domains, I only see artzlanguagedotcom.wordpress.com, which is incorrect. I have also tried mapping artzlanguage.com to my current blog tanglesintime and it said that the domain was already mapped. I'm not sure where it is mapped to and would like to find out so I can access the blog, and hopefully correct the issue. Meanwhile, I have a blog that does not work for me and business cards printed with a reference to a blog that I cannot access.
I have sent many emails and screen shots to support, but have not heard anything back apart from one email that was not very helpful.
Can someone tell me what I should do?
