There is not blog linked to your username. Provided the blog does not contain mature content suitable for adult viewing only please link it to your username. Here’s how to link your username to your blog in your blog Dashboard -> Users -> Personal Settings -> then scroll down to Account Details. Then scroll down to where it says ‘Primary Blog‘ select the URL for your primary wordpress.com blog and then save changes.

There are a few different ways to embed a video, and the YouTube page in the Support docs should help you out.

One of our developers tracked down the culprit causing the video issue - it was some old maximum width settings in the database that had to be removed manually. The video widths should be back to normal now - feel free to reset your header, widgets, etc.

1. switched back to Misty Lake
2. moved all widgets to the Inactive Widgets box
3. removed background image
4. removed header image

Results - no change
