It's not a fault, it's a "feature". We have no control over whether it's shown or not as we have no way to modify the themes.

I know there are a couple of themese that display differently dependent on which browser you are using.

I've bee using wordpress.com for quite a while now and have seen a loop-hole that When ever I post a blog, I see only date on it and no time. Though at the write page, I see that both date and time entries are there. What may be the cause and what is the tip to over come this fault.I use Andreas09 1.5 for my blog.
Kindly help !!
