There is no automatic way to transfer content from a Page to a Post or visa versa. You edit the Page http://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/edit-pages-screen/ and cut the content and paste it into a new post http://mesoandme.wordpress.com/wp-admin/post-new.php

But somehow a post that was made has now become a new heading. can i remove this without deleting the post and what did I do wrong t do it in the first place
