You can also have the blog transferred to an account set up for your company -

To transfer a blog - go to Dashboard >> Home >> My Blogs >> Mouse over the blog you want to transfer and click on the transfer button and fill in the account you want the bog transferred to

I need to get a solution to a configuration problem with our corporative blog. We have created a blog on WP for our business but we did it from a personal WP account instead of creating a new account on behalf of the business. No, the person who did so is on a leave and we have many troubles each time we need to do some changes, getting statistics and so on. We, furthermore, personalized the blog's URL with our domain name.
So, we thought of creating this new corporative account on WP, then opening a new blog in this one, importint the posts from the older blog and the shut off this one. Could we do so? Could we then reclaim the domain name for the new blog account? Is there another way of doing it?
