			<description><![CDATA[<p>You are using an very old theme that lacks a horizontal menu bar. In that theme you create a page using this <a href="http://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/">guide</a>, place the <a href="http://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/pages-widget/">pages widget </a>in your sidebar and it will display links to your pages adter you publish them.  </p>
<p>Have you considered chnaging to theme that does have a horizontal menu bar? Click my username to see an example ot what I mean by noting the blck horizontal menu bar under the header image.
