I know what the link looks like - I had to use it this morning. I came to the forums this evening because that link was NOT present in the dash.

Thank you for the contact form - I was looking for it, and could not find it, which was part of the problem.

I checked the notice and it said I had been flagged for "spamming" or "advertising" or something, which I DON'T do! My blog is personal, I hardly give anyone the link. So I submitted that, and the site seemed to go back up, but now it's down again. But this time the page says, "check the notice in your Dashboard" but there IS no notice in my Dashboard! I have been looking through the WP site and can't find a "contact" link so I have no way to find out why my personal blog is being taken down and how to get it back up. I'm near-tears, here. :-(
