I would reword that into making a suggesting that they do so. That doesn't sound right the way you have it.

Also note that wordpress.com and wordpress.org run on different software and any theme requested from the wordpress.org collection which is not currently available in our Presentation - Themes area must be re-coded to run on wordpress.com software. This does not happen quickly.
