If you are referring to a free hosted WordPress.com blog then the answer is "no" we cannot directly edit widgets and change their functionality, and we cannot edit themes or templates and change the functionality of widgets

Is there a way to add a bullet to the beginning of each title, or to separate each title with a line break, or anything like that?
We use the twenty-eleven theme, a wordpress.com site, and we're ignorant about coding.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
