Entering the hexadecimal code in <a style="etc you can get the link staying in the same color after clicked. (I do it in Coraline)

Entering 'border:none' the underlining should disappear.

Happy New Year! I believe the theme in question is Pilcrow but that wouldn't matter anyway as the hex color codes I linked to above are universal.
