Deleted blogs cannot be recovered or reused, and there are several warnings about this during the process.

I changed my http from imkjac.wordpress.com to alliejackson.wordpress.com ... it says the blog has been deleted. (I guess because it's going to imkjac instead of alliejackson.

It seems you were not clear on what you were doing:
