Your MX records need to be in the following format:
MX <pref> <host>.
For example:
MX 5 ALT1.ASPMX.L.GOOGLE.COM
The records you've mentioned above indeed do not look complete. Could you please ask 123-reg for the MX records in the format I quoted? You can also refer them to the following support article for examples:

I have spoken to 123-reg about why I can't receive emails to the mailboxes I have set up which are-

They have told me to input:
mx0.123-reg.co.uk.
mx1.123-reg.co.uk

When I enter this WordPress tells me that 'it doesn't look right'.
I am also have the same issues with my other site
