We use a shared version of wordpress and those that use the self-hosted wordpress version will need to get help over at wordpress.org.

@gusiakabat You can add a contact form to your site by following the instructions here:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact-form/ Just a hint, You will usually get faster help by posting your own topic instead of adding to an existing one, especially if it is not about the same issue.
