			<description><![CDATA[<p>Non-Wordpress bloggers can add comments to your blog already, provided you allow it in your settings under Settings-&#62;Discussion. </p>
<p>If you really want a Forum and not just comments, then you'll need to find a forum somewhere else and link to it in a text widget or something. You can't embed a forum inside a WordPress.com blog.
