I have them enabled; see it on this post for example [on home page they don't show but show with permalinks; some WP error which they are yet to fix].

Only clue I've gotten on how to do this, comes from the status bar whenever i hover over the link. It says "javascript rate:Up (xxxx) and javascript rate:Down (xxxx)"

Any one know how to add this to a blog?
