I discovered that when I used a drop down menu of options for payment the 'Email' tab, with corresponding code, disappeared.

Under Step 6, "You will see two (2) sets of code: html code Website and a link for Email..." I only see html code - no link for Email.

Perhaps PayPal changed their options?
