The look at your source code. Copy the blogroll and paste it into the html editor of the page. Remove temporary blogroll widget.

You can use the "find" function of your browser to find the list of blogroll links. Copy everything from < ul > to < / ul >

Of course when you add other links you'll have to insert new links by hand in html or by repeating the whole process.

Yes, on certain themes. See here for the answer that applies to the theme you selected ("Misty Look").
