The blog i a m referring to is http://www.easterntribune.com.

Now, i want to set up a domain email address using google apps. However, google apps at https://www.google.com/a/signup/?hl=en&source=gafb-mec_homepage_3-canvas-en does not let me sign up, giving the message

"This domain has already been signed up for a Google Apps edition or Postini product. Check out our Signup Troubleshooter to help guide in troubleshooting this issue."

I have not signed up for Google Apps before. Please help me..
