And as far as I'm aware, even with the CSS upgrade there's no way to add page numbers to the blog, although a CSS expert might correct me on that.

1. can i add any pluggins if its hosted on wordpress?

2. Is there a way to add page numbers at the bottom of my wordpress blog instead of previous and next, and please don't tell me pluggins if the answer to my frist question is no.
