instructions for image alignment and text wrapping

You will get double spacing between paragraphs in every free theme here of which I’m aware. To get single spacing hold the SHIFT key down when you click ENTER at the end of the paragraph.

I can't add spaces between my photographs or after a paragraph?!?
I can do it in edit mode, but as soon as I update it switches back?
This hasn't been a problem with past post (in fact, I always had too much space) why now??
