Thanks for the suggestions. I'm willing to try anything to make this easy, although it looks like that won't be easy to do!

Thanks for the help. The private blog seems like a possibility, and I'll look into Drop Box. I've never heard of them but I'm willing to think outside the lines to get this done.

I have not used them but you might look at a service like Drop Box then you would use the Drop Box security features then just put a link to your Drop box site from your blog here

Tough to do here - you can password protect individual Posts and Pages but that lasts only until the password is passed around - no control at the individual level

You could make a second Private blog (1bew1253members.wordpress.com)(can't use a dash) - then each member would need to have an account to log-in but that would give user control at the individual level - then when you have a new member invite them in and when someone leaves and no longer should have access you could remove them.

I'm interested in making part of my site accessible only to members of my organization. Is there a way to set up a user group and make certain pages accessible only to specific people?
