There is no FTP access to wordpress.com blogs and no plugins. You are posting to the wrong forum as you did not read the sticky post at the head of the forum prior to posting. The correct forum for bloggers who have wordpress.org blogs with FTP access and plugins is here > http://wordpress.org/support/

I'd like to start a WordPress blog where an anonymous user can post questions about a certain topic to my blog, and I can reply to it - sort of a reverse of what WordPress is supposed to do. Is there such a plugin? Is this not doable at all? What might be the best theme template for such an idea?

Thanks to anyone who can help.
