Just to clarify, you do not see this -> http://en.support.files.wordpress.com/2012/12/screen-shot-2012-12-13-at-11-04-15-am.png when you visit the page at http://marveesfictions.wordpress.com/2012/12/05/infidelity-the-illicit-affair-part-28/ and scroll to the comment box near the bottom?

If you don't see that, could you please take a screenshot of what you do see and share it here.

Also, I have deleted/ cleared my cookies and cache several times before, and it has still occurred.

Are you seeing this issue on every blog you comment on or just this one specific one?

If you're still seeing this issue, can you please try clearing your browser cache & cookies and trying again. Here are some instructions:

http://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clear-your-cache-and-cookies

Let us know if the problem persists after doing that.
