tried all that (again!) but it's still not playing nice. Others have tried, different PCs, different browsers..it just ain't happening. It's tied to colleague's work, so we don't have the option of altering his email address.

The apostrophe could be causing the problem.

I recommend clearing your browser cache and delete your
cookies then restart your browser to rule out the browser
issue.

The only possible problem might be an apostrophe in his email address. Could this be what's causing the hiccup?
Any suggestions on how to get round it?
