It looks like that is a limitation of the theme: the four most recent posts will be in the grid you mention, but not all your posts.<br />
I'm not sure why not all are featuring images, however.<br />

			<description><![CDATA[<p>Hi, on my blog jonathanjax.wordpress.com, I want all posts on the homepage to appear as they do for the two posts "Summertime in the City" and "Mr. Serious" (lol). I thought by selected "standard" within the editing tool and can't get them all to appear the same way as little pictures, horizontal below the posts as opposed to vertical going down the page (except for those two.) Hopefully I explained it right! Can you help!<br />
