You can access them at links such as http://theartofbeingkatie.com/2011/

Another thing you could do would be to create a unique category for the older posts and apply them with the bulk editor:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/edit-posts-screen/#bulk-edit

Then you could link to the category page to see all of those posts.
